Small Group classes
Maximum of 10 people/class. All members follow a specific training plan designed by us to maximize your results. A personal training feel at a fraction of the cost.
We offer three styles of classes:
DTFITNESS - Strength and Conditioning
DTSWEAT - Conditioning
DTLIFT - Full body resistance training
Personal Training
60 minute sessions spent one-on-one with a certified coach following a unique training plan designed for you and your fitness goal.
nutrition
we believe that one plan does not fit all. We work directly one on one nutrition coaching with our clients to provide them with guidance through nutrition strategies to reach and optimize their goals.
